Are you a Senior Art Director with outstanding creative skills? Come join our core team of seasoned, full-service marketing experts. Candidates should have experience in brand development, the conceptualization of large marketing campaigns, and the full execution and development of the pieces that make up that campaign. Other must-haves are great presentation skills and the ability to work well with almost anyone; you should be able to take and give direction to create wildly successful projects.

What you can expect:
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Strategy, and Copy teams to conceptualize, forecast, execute, and troubleshoot your projects to delivery
- Co-manage and co-direct the look, tone, and feel of all creative communications across multiple channels, as well as develop a wide range of creative ideas and designs
- Create and design for a broad range of media and content including print, interactive, web, mobile, social, and digital
- Articulate creative strategies to both internal and external audiences
- Interact directly and project confidence to clients and the internal team
- Inspire a design team to create innovative, compelling, and engaging designs

What we expect:
- 8 or more years of creative, marketing, or interactive agency experience demonstrated in an exceptional online portfolio
- Significant brand-building experience including concept development, website, print design, identity, brand, and campaign development; must be detail-oriented with an ability to manage large complex projects with tight deadlines
- Be able to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of print, video, and interactive media, with the ability to work with and direct designers and developers

Key responsibilities:
- Understand the function of each design piece and the client’s expectations to develop an overall visual concept that communicates to a target audience
- Demonstrate the ability to create a variety of solution-focused concepts for complex projects
- Work effectively with the project team to develop design solutions that meet the creative brief’s and/or company’s objectives – as well as timelines and budgets
- Exhibit extreme attention to detail: review and understand all project details prior to start and ensure quality throughout entire project lifecycle. Review work to ensure all content is correct
- Demonstrate commitment by providing direction and guidance to the creative team; encourage creatives to bring new ideas to the team, clients, and the company. Always be willing to do what-it-takes to get the job done on-time and within budget, without sacrificing quality
- Constantly look for creative ways to address projects and conceptual challenges; step up to address potential problems and immediately bring them to the attention of the account/project lead and creative director
- Keep the account team up-to-date on project status and communicate clearly and often with project teams to ensure success; work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency
- Create and pitch design concepts and schemes to teams and clients
- Continue to grow and encourage others to grow in their understanding of the design technology surrounding print, interactive, mobile, digital, and motion graphics

- Highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Outstanding communication skills
- Degree in design
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in concept development, design, and production of interactive media
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working directly with clients from concept to completion

The Details
- Full-time position based in our Downtown Denver location
- Salary is commensurate with experience level
- Travel to our Johnstown location may be required 1 to 2 times per week
