You know digital planning like the back of your hand; how to frame complex ideas into explainable, elegant terms for the benefit of both colleagues and clients; how to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to enable all participants to feel equally invested; how to separate ‘forest from the trees’ to provide focus; how to successfully leverage the cornucopia of digital tactics; a thing or two about digital culture and behavior, as well as branding, marketing, user experience, social strategies, or anything additional you believe is valuable in developing exceptional strategies that enable positive experiences.

What you’ll do: you’ll be our lead dog in everything digital. You are equally adept at strategizing as you are producing; you are a relentless problem solver, inspired by assessing and resolving complex situations and challenges; you are expert at integrating old media and new media; you maintain your own ideas about what works, what doesn’t and why; you are equally a generalist, capable of framing the Big Picture, and a specialist, with extensive experience in specific areas relevant to trends and innovation in the digital space.

You must have 3+ years interactive marketing/digital strategy leadership experience. Agency experience is preferable or equivalent experience you deem more compelling. A passion for digital culture. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities. A talent for inspiring confidence and collaboration. A bachelor’s degree or higher.
