Barnhart, a leading Denver-based, full-service communications agency, is seeking an exceptional Traffic Coordinator to help instill a traffic function and standardized processes at the agency.

The individual will be responsible for management and administration of the traffic function, as well as some general agency reporting and project management. In this role, the individual will be required to implement and manage a consistent traffic process that includes work scheduling, tasking and oversight. He or she will lead the weekly work-in-progress meeting and work audit meeting. The person will manage the workflow of all creative projects at the agency, whether traditional or digital.

Depending on the background and interests of the successful candidate, the position may be either full-time or part-time.

The position requires previous traffic management experience of two years, at a minimum. Proficiency with agency project management tools is also required, with Workamajig experience a definite plus. Ability to be a proactive self-starter is desired, along with strong planning ability that employs a range of critical thinking and decision-making skills.

He or she should have a minimum of four years agency experience, preferably in a communications agency or consultative environment. An associate or bachelor’s degree is required. Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
