ATBS provides a full spectrum of back office management that includes bookkeeping and accounting, taxes, payroll, record keeping, online financial statements, online receipt archive, as well as business consulting.
Position Summary:
The Interactive Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in the design and deployment of marketing campaigns including emails, banner ads, digital image editing, newsletter creative development, social media posts, video production, and website creative design. He/she will work closely with a marketing team and collaborate with peers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Does all email marketing activity; from design and creation to deployment and monitoring
Responsible for developing ATBS branded templates
Responsible for leading a variety of marketing design projects including webinars, eBooks, signage, social media posts, video post-production editing, and more

Specific Responsibilities:
Coordinate the deployment of a variety of segmented email campaigns
Track the email stats [open rate, click through rate, bounce and unsubscribe]
Write, edit and oversee digital content
Prepare textual and visual marketing materials from brochures to pop-up signs
Website landing page development
Develop social media campaigns
Help manage and track a pipeline of content for publication
Design the creative for a variety of platforms from newsletters to social media outlets
Participate in industry trade shows around the country
Has a basic understanding of CRMs [we use] and willing to learn list reports

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of online media, email marketing and social media communication platforms
Graphic design experience a must
Comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience with Final Cut Pro
Sense of urgency to drive results and a bias toward action are imperative
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
College degree -- Marketing or Graphic Design preferred
Working knowledge of HTML and Articulate a plus

The Interactive Marketing Coordinator possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills. This person can make deadlines and has the ability to identify solutions on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and demonstrates creative thought. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to change and be willing to work outside of normal business hours.
