Seeking a rock star Media Coordinator to join our lean and mean media department who will support the traditional and digital media team in their day-to-day activities. Responsible for the tasks associated with media strategy, media planning, media buying and media reporting across a variety of channels including digital, television, radio, out of home, newspaper and magazine.

• Work on multiple accounts at the same time, juggling tasks and meeting deadlines
• Conduct industry, vendors and client research
• Coordinate proposals with vendors
• Assist in building client presentations
• Confirm buys with vendors and process insertion orders
• Coordinate asset development with account and creative teams
• Work closely with project manager
• Set up digital campaigns in ad server
• Traffic traditional and digital creative assets to vendors
• Coordinate digital tracking between internal team, vendors and client
• Monitors campaign performance
• Compile campaign reports
• Manage campaign delivery against invoices
• Assist in resolving campaign discrepancies
• Provides support and back up to media department when necessary
• Maintain a good relationship with vendors
• Communicate in a timely fashion
• Adhere to deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills & Traits
• Ad server experience, preferably with DoubleClick Campaign Manager
• Experience with Function Point
• Understands traditional and digital media channels
• Uses a Smartphone

• 1-2 years of media or media agency experience
• Collage degree, preferably with a business, marketing or communications major
• VERY proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates interest in the entire scope of media planning and buying
