SUMMARY:
We're looking for a talented, hard-working, positive-attitude freelance interactive designer to work with us. We're small, but we're quick and agile, and need someone that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, turning projects around on schedule, and able to switch between projects easily. This position will support the Creative Director directly, assisting in some projects as well as 'owning' certain projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone on a freelance basis, approximately 20 hours a week (on-site preferred).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design UI concepts and final graphic assets for mobile / tablet / emerging digital media platforms
• Create web page mock-ups / wireframes
• Follow existing design guidelines and help establish new ones

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills, knowledge and abilities:
• Great understanding of user interface/UX, typography and color theory
• An intuitive sense of user interaction and user flow throughout an experience
• A strong sense of style and awareness of trends. Vision for where interactive media is headed.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Day-time availability
• Must be able to work quickly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work
• Motivated, self-starter with the desire to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills and accountability is a must
• Take creative direction and changes in stride

Preferred Skills:
• Mobile design experience a plus

Experience:
• 3-5 years of demonstrable interactive design experience
• Preferably some experience with an interactive/digital agency

Preferred Education:
• Bachelors in Graphic Design or related discipline

ABOUT US:
We live and breathe interactive. We've been working in this space for 10+ years and have recently transitioned into exciting new mediums including mobile (iPhone, iPad and Android) and interactive TV (Samsung, GoogleTV and XBox). We also do our fair share of web, branding and some broadcast design. We're a small studio, but we've exploded in growth this year and are looking to build a larger team. Our office is based near downtown Denver in the eclectic Rino arts district.
