RFP For Private Freelance Printwork

Type of work: Freelance
Location: Denver, Colorado
Date Posted: February 25th, 2013

This posting is a preemptive request for proposals (RFP) for print work for Engagement Announcements, Save-the-Date cards, and Wedding Invitations.

This is for a private project, and is not affiliated with any companies.

The project would involve approximately 75 of each individual item, or 125 pieces altogether which would each have categorical differences.

We are looking for bi-fold heavyweight pieces for the invitations and announcements and single double sided cards for the save-the-date cards.

Announcements: 75 total
Four color, highly detailed pierced paper on the cover with internal lithography in two to three colors. Base would be a high density card stock preferably of natural fiber while the pierced applique would by a stiff board in three separate colors, overlaid to create depth and potential with limited gilded accents.
Piercing includes text and figures in a maximum of five ply. When folded, each card will be 5.5" by 3.5" standard

Save-the-date: 75 total
Single heavy weight card with single to two color embossing on either side including text and figures. 3.5" by 5.5."

Invitations: 75 total
Design to be determined.

I will submit an official RFP once all three designs are finalized. Please feel free to contact me with a rough estimate and examples of your work.

The budget is $1,200.00 for all three items, which should include labor, production cost, and consultation time.
