This position will include massive scheduling challenges, data entry, general office management, reception duties, research, note taking, and problem solving. Customer service skills are a must, as this position also requires extensive contact with vendors, customers, and all office visitors. This important person will also support the sales team with lead generation through Salesforce and may need to book follow up meetings. Things move very fast around here, we need someone who can move at our speed while taking complete responsibility for their role.

We envision this position as being a person who is a customer service maniac and should always treat EVERY team member as his or her customer. The ideal candidate must be able to address the needs of our team members, visitors, customers and callers in a friendly and professional manner. Please bring your energy, strong organizational abilities, follow-up skills, and attention to the little details that often make all the difference.
