LRXD is looking for a long term relationship with a select group of motion designers. This is an opportunity to work on a freelance basis, with the potential for full-time as we continue our upswing. You'll be working in collaboration with a team of industry pros who are dead-set on being innovative and having a damn good time doing it.

Applicants must have an expert-level knowledge of motion design and creative animation. An understanding of how video and motion is constructed and output is essential. We need well-rounded individuals who can assist us with everything from HD video production to Flash animation. Above all else, we're looking for someone with a strong desire to create industry-leading work.

We have clients in industries ranging from Retail, Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Electronics, Automotive and CPG. LRXD is a creative advertising and production shop located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. About the Job:
• Assist the creative team in concepting motion/video projects, including Flash banners, commercials, 3D, online video and games.
• Advanced understanding of 3D applications to model or animate use when needed.
• Expert understanding of After Effects and Flash from an animation point of view.
• Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Expert knowledge of animation techniques.
• Create dynamic and scalable motion based media units.
• Give creative input regarding video enhancements to projects.
• Assist in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into motion.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors/Designers.
