LRXD is looking for a long term relationship with a select group of Flash developers. This is an opportunity to work on a freelance basis, with the potential for full-time as we continue our upswing. You'll be working in collaboration with a team of industry pros who are dead-set on being innovative and having a damn good time doing it.

Applicants must have an expert-level knowledge of Flash AS2 and AS3. An understanding of OOP principals is a big help but not necessary. Our work is usually very animation-heavy. so a strong sense of motion and interface detail is a must as well as the ability to innovate new ways to interact with a site or media unit. All other development skills will be considered a plus. Above all else, we're looking for someone with a strong desire to create industry-leading work.

We have clients in industries ranging from Retail, Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Electronics, Automotive and CPG. LRXD is a creative advertising and production shop located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. About the Job:
• Assist the creative team to concept Flash projects including, web sites, online advertising, games and animation.
• Create dynamic and scalable interactive Flash applications and media units.
• Give creative input regarding enhancements using Flash and related technologies.
• Assist in all phases of creative work from concept and storyboards through production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques using both the timeline and programmatic motion.
• Experience creating dynamic Flash applications that use server side technologies.
• Ability to translate designs accurately from various applications into Flash.
• Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with HTML/Javascript/XML.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with Art Directors/Designers.
• Experience with Double Click Components a plus.
