Small, creative design firm seeks a freelance junior-level designer with exceptional strategic, conceptual and technical skills. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in creative agency. We want someone proactive and entrepreneurial who is great at building a role for themselves without much guidance.

The designer will work with the creative director to design a wide range of deliverables including logos & identity, print collateral, etc.

Requirements:
· Local candidates only (Colorado)
· 3+ years of experience in creative agency
· Extensive knowledge of print production
· Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
· Meticulous attention to detail and overall commitment to quality is a must
· Strong organizational, project and time management skills required
· Independent and good problem-solving skills
· Must be able to perform well under tight deadlines
