On Board Experiential Marketing

We’re looking for a freelance Junior Graphic Designer in our Boulder office to join the design team. If you're looking to work with A-list clients and can work in a high-paced studio, send us your info! You must to be able switch from being artful and creative to getting art files ready for production. You'll need to be confident in assessing projects and must be able to incorporate direction from multiple sources; Creative Director, account team, and brand guidelines. You must be able to work in-house in the studio with the rest of the team. If you've done previous work in logo and identity, you'll stand out!

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Understand and follow creative/design brief—from any point in the process—to create production-ready art.

Take direction from the Creative Director and implement designs quickly.

Take direction set in brand guidelines and apply those styles across multiple elements.

Be versatile and flexible, able to respond quickly and willing to shift gears.

Communicate with Creative Director and team regularly and clearly about all matters of business importance.

Demonstrate excellent typography, composition, and layout skills.

Be proactive and mindful of time and budget constraints.

Must know Adobe CS suite.

Must be able to take art files from design to production.

Solid knowledge of production and printing knowledge.

Well organized and able to juggle multiple projects.

BFA or equivalent in design preferred.
