The desired candidate should have the following skills:
* An overwhelming desire to create the best web sites on the Internet
* Strong attention to detail
* A breadth of work in your portfolio
* The ability to work collaboratively across disciplines (IA, strategy, interaction design)
* A burning love for UX design.
* A confidence that your portfolio stand stongly on its own!
