MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Media Coordinator at Amelie plays a crucial supportive role within the media department. Tasks are related to planning and buying, daily management and reporting across a variety of channels including television, radio, out of home, print and digital. Responsibilities include internal and external communication and organization of all assets related to paid media.

Responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
• Responsible for meeting all internal and external deadlines with minimal supervision
• Communicate in a timely fashion
• Provide support and back up to media department as necessary
• Maintain good relationships with vendors
• Conduct research on the industry, vendor and target audiences
• Assist in building client presentations
• Coordinate proposals with vendors
• Maintain detailed records
• Process insertion orders
• Create client invoices for space associated with media buys
• Confirm buys with vendors
• Work closely with Traffic to facilitate asset development in conjunction with Account and Creative teams
• Responsible for ad server set up, management, and reporting
• Assist with coordination of digital tracking between internal team, vendors and client
• Assist with monitoring of campaign performance
• Compile campaign reports
• Reconcile media invoices and compare delivery to contracts
• Assist in resolution of campaign discrepancies
