Literature for inspiring designer

Hello designers. Happy Holidays (Happy Chanukah to all my tribes people).

What are good magazines, sites (in addition to this one), forums, newsletters, etc. that are a good source for all things designs? Are there any books that you can recommend as well? Currently taking design classes but would also like to be in the loop about design trends, technology, and the industry as a whole.

Also, any suggestions on joining some design/digital advertising professional groups here in Denver?
