Hi all. I'm new on here. Wondering how people typically search for, and find, talent. I ask, because my name starts with a J... and it seems like the talent search tool is alphabetized.
Am I just missing something or are the A's where it's at?

I'd be more concerned with how your portfolio looked then with your location in the alphabet. If firms only browsed for the first talent listed, they aren't really looking for a creative talent to help them. And I'm all the way down at 'S'
