Advertising/Copywriting Courses?

I currently work as a copywriter for a IKEA's in-house communications department, but I want to expand my knowledge of advertising and also get a more well-rounded portfolio. I'm looking for something in Denver or Boulder that's no more than a year long. Any suggestions?
