Adding + to profile names in talent list so they are listed first?

When people start playing your game it's time to tweak the game. Alphabetical lists are kind of pointless. How about sorting by:

* Most recent visit to the site
* People with the most comments
* People with the most points (based on a combination of number of logins, comments posted, upvotes on their comments, etc.)

Community dynamics are tricky, of course, but I think YOU CAN DO IT :)
