DesignJam08: Denver’s First Live Design Challenge

Check out Denver’s first-ever tournament of graphic design! At the door, you’ll sign up to be a spectator or potential contestant. A random drawing will select three designers to pull up to a well equipped design station. With exactly the same tools and fifteen minutes per heat, each contestant will power through a pre-determined design problem.

The ambient beats of DJ Every Move will pulse through the gallery as spectators watch the designers’ every move on large format projection screens. After two heats, the top scored designers will compete in a final showdown, with the winners taking home glory, fame, and these prizes:• Grand prize Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium and a 1-year membership to the Denver Art Museum • First Runner-up: Wacom Graphire Bluetooth 6×8 wireless tablet & stylus • Second Runner-up: Gift Certificate from Composition
