Google Wave launched last week for 100,000 lucky invitees, and got a lot of press. What is it exactly? This video created by Epipheo Studios explains. (Seems a lot like Basecamp for those who have used it, no?)
Ron James is a Canadian comedian who has a TV show on CBC in Canada. Crush, Toronto has been working with him to create animated segments for his show called “Lil’ Ronnies.”
The animated segments are based on the package Crush did for his “Back Home” special which was a cut out style that followed him as a child in Cape Breton. For the series, Crush used adult heads and children’s bodies, which is occasionally creepy (in a cool way). The spots were co-directed with Imported Artists’ Dale Heslip and had a crew of ten animators working on the twelve episode series.
