• Ogilvy Delivers with DHL In-Box Promotion

    / Comments (0)

Love this one, because it’s simple, cheap and damned effective at getting across the message. Ogilvy (Holland) came up with the idea to put the inlay inside DHL boxes. It gives the impression of a tunnel, with someone in another county opening up the box at the other end. Great stuff. This is how you do Point Of Sale, Point Of Purchase or whatever else you want to call it. It’s also a great retention/CRM piece.

This has been floating around, but it deserves some more attention. Read more about it on the creator’s Behance page.

This particular periodic table lists 100 of the most popular, influential and notorious typefaces today. As with traditional periodic tables, this table presents the subject matter grouped categorically. The Table of Typefaces groups by families and classes of typefaces: sans-serif, serif, script, blackletter, glyphic, display, grotesque, realist, didone, garalde, geometric, humanist, slab-serif and mixed.

  • Pikes Peak ADDY’s Best of Show

    / Comments (12)

Vladimir Jones, Colorado Springs took home “Best of Show” for this St. Francis Medical Center “H” television spot at the Pikes Peak ADDY’s a few weeks ago. The spot competed with more than 300 locally produced advertising pieces. No offense to the Springs or Vladi, but if this was Best of Show what was Worst of Show?
